Pooch Pantry Reserves the right to cancel  any orders placed online within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please note this will only be done under exceptional circumstances. 

The customer has the right to canel orders for toys and non perishable items within 14 days of ordering as stated by uk law. However the goods must then be returned whole, unopened in original packaging to us  without damage, before a refund is issued.

If a customer places an order for collection from our sunday stalls, we will hold the order for 3 weeks. If it is not collected we wil then cancel the order and issue a refund . If we are not able to attend the collection location you will be notified and alternate arrangments such as local delivery will be arranged at no extra cost to the customer. This only applies to our regular sunday market stall, not dog shows.

Delivery-  Local delivery is a minimum order amount of £10 to be delivered wihtin 15 mile radius of wd3 3fy.  Outside of this radius you will need to pay for postage from one of the couriers on the checkout page.

We love to receive images of your pets enjoying our treats and toys. Please note that in sending us these images you agree to our use of them on our website and social pages such as facebook.  Please note not personal data will be shared eg names, email addresses, address or contact infomation.  However if you do not want us to use the images then please send us an email  saying so when sending over your image.
